Pre launch is the quietest and least certain stage of a project's life. The developer has land, often through a joint development agreement, and is gauging demand before it files or publishes a registration. Brochures at this stage show locations, a likely mix of 2, 3 or 4 BHK homes and a generic amenity list, but not approved plans.
The listings here share that profile. Only Brigade Vanagaram shows an indicative price, from about ₹1.30 crore, and a December 2030 handover, and both are preliminary. Brigade Perambur lists about 16 acres, the largest land parcel among the early listings. Two listings, Korattur and Thiruvanmiyur, have no public record beyond the project page, so details are especially thin.
Status is as listed on your project pages and may be older than the developer's own information. If a project here has since opened for sale under a registration number, it belongs on the new launch page; ask the sales team for the current position.

Four things to understand before you give your details.
The developer is collecting enquiries. A formal price list, approved plans and a registration number normally follow later.
If the project proceeds you may see floor plans and prices before the general market and have more choice of units.
Launch timing, sizes, prices and even the project itself can change. An early payment may be hard to recover.
A project cannot normally be advertised or sold in Tamil Nadu without a RERA registration; ask why a number is missing.
If a sales executive asks for a token, ask these first.
If not, ask when it is expected and why the amount is being collected before it exists.
Get the refund conditions and the timeline in writing, on the developer's letterhead.
Only a RERA-linked project account or the developer's own account. Never an individual or an agent.
Ask whether it fixes a price, a tower or a priority number, or merely records interest.
Waiting for the registration costs little. Pressure to pay today is itself a warning sign.
