Brigade's Chennai pipeline on this site is apartments only, and it clusters in three belts. In the centre, Mount Road and Velachery hold the largest homes and the highest starting prices. Along OMR and the coast, Sholinganallur, Perumbakkam, Perungudi and Thiruvanmiyur serve buyers who work in the IT corridor. In the north and west, Perambur, Korattur, Arcot Road and Vanagaram are earlier listings.
Homes range from 2 BHK layouts that start near ₹1.25 crore to duplex 5 BHK residences listed above ₹15 crore. Campus size varies from a single tower on a central plot to about 14.7 acres at Perumbakkam. Because layouts are marketed by super built-up area, compare carpet area before you compare price.
